In 1968, Prasad Recording Studio was christened as the first private audio studio in Kolkata as well as the first establishment to feature Digital Non-linear Recording System in Kolkata in 1992. Since then, we have worked with several national and international composers as well and delivered completed projects to their satisfaction.

We feature three studios that complement each other in form and function, allowing our clients the freedom to take a project from inception to completion in a cost effective and efficient manner within an environment that provides total support for the creative process. All of our studios are integrated through a wired network and each features a superb acoustic design, the finest integrated gear and the latest digital technology.

With a rich history dating back to the 1960s, Prasad Recording Studio has been at the helm of several prestigious projects involving music, motion picture dubbing and mixing, music composing, digitization, TVCs, and voice-overs, among others. At Prasad Recording Studio, you get to work with state-of-the-art integrated equipment and working with the latest DAWs including Pro Tools v2018, and Logic Pro X. Furthermore, we have a diverse sound library for Sound FX, BGM, and Foley. Our professionals are always ready at hand to guide you through the recording process and make the session as time efficient as possible without compromising in quality.
